These Terms govern your use of TrustLists services at trustlists.org, app.trustlists.org, and TrustLists Companion.

1) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrustLists services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2) Services
TrustLists provides trust-center directory search, companion workflows, AI lookup features, and account-based capabilities including paid credits.
3) Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and session security.
- You agree not to impersonate others or access accounts you do not own.
- We may suspend access to protect users, the platform, or legal compliance.
4) Paid Credits and Payments
- Paid features are offered through credit packs processed via Stripe.
- Prices and credit-pack configurations may change over time.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value unless required by law.
- Refund decisions are handled case-by-case, except where refunds are required by applicable law.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
- Bypass usage controls, rate limits, or payment controls.
6) AI Features
AI-assisted results are probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for compliance or business decisions.
7) Intellectual Property
TrustLists and related branding, software, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where explicitly allowed, you may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from service materials.
8) Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrustLists is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from use of the services.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse prevention, security reasons, or legal requirements.
11) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
